Electric State is a new upcoming movie. American science fiction adventure film directed by Anthony and Joe Russo and written by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely.
The story is based on the graphic novel of the same name by Simon Stålenhag. The film stars an ensemble cast including Millie Bobby Brown, Chris Pratt, Ke Hui Kwan, Stanley Tucci, Jason Alexander, Brian Cox, Jenny Slate, Giancarlo Esposito, Anthony Mackie, and Billy Bob Thorne.
Release Date: The film will be released by Netflix in 2024.
Official Storyline: Based on the graphic novel of the same name by Simon Stålenhag, the story takes place in a reimagined version of 1997. With humans isolated in their VR helmets and a continuing battle against a strange breed of monstrous drones in the wake of a technological meltdown, a teenage girl named Michelle and a robot travel the West Coast of the U.S. in search of the girl’s missing brother.
