Rantzen said, “Is there anyone in our audience tonight who owes their life to Nicholas Winton? If so, can you stand up, please?”

The story is based on how an agnostic London stockbroker gives up everything he can to save children from impending genocide, with an emphasis on emotions.

Warner Bros BBC has produced a heart-wrenching film, and it stars ‘British Schindler’ Sir Nicholas Winton as he courageously saves the lives of 669 Prague children following the Nazi invasion of Czechoslovakia.

Their parents, for the most part, had already been killed or were headed to brutal concentration camps.

One of the sources added that the incident occurred on Oct. 7, which saw about 1,400 people killed by Hamas in Israel, which did not have any impact on the film’s marketing materials.

“The filmmakers were sensitive to the fact that one hundred of the children were not Jewish. They were political refugees and decided that it was important to be inclusive,”

“There was no desire to take away an association with the Jewish community,” the source said. “There was never any intent to offend [by the filmmakers]. They’re very proud of the film.”

“The day I stopped bringing the children, the war started, and during the war, I did something else,” he told The New York Times. “I didn’t know any of [the children]. It’s not that I didn’t want to talk about it. It’s just that there was no occasion to talk about it.”
