A2Z Soundtrack is an independent music journalism site covering film, television, anime, K-drama, and video game soundtracks. Founded in 2023, we publish detailed, source-checked guides to original scores and licensed songs from the world’s biggest releases — and the ones you might otherwise miss.
If you have ever walked out of a movie, finished an episode, or beat a boss fight wondering “what was that song?” — this site exists for you.
What We Cover
Across more than 1,400 published guides, A2Z Soundtrack documents:
- Movies — theatrical and streaming releases across major studios and independents
- TV series — from prestige limited series to long-running network and cable hits
- Streaming originals — Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV+, Disney+, Hulu, Paramount+, Max, and Peacock
- Anime & K-drama — openings, endings, insert songs, and full OSTs
- Video games — orchestral scores, licensed radio stations, and trailer songs
- Soundtrack industry news — composer signings, album releases, label moves, and award nominations
Our Editorial Standards
We treat soundtracks like the journalism beat they are. Every guide on A2Z Soundtrack is researched against verifiable, public sources before it goes live, and updated as new information becomes available.
Where Our Information Comes From
- Official label releases from Walt Disney Records, Lakeshore Records, Sony Classical, Milan Records, Mondo, Netflix Music, Back Lot Music, and other soundtrack labels
- Streaming album metadata verified against Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and YouTube Music
- End-credit cue lists from the films and episodes themselves
- Composer and music-supervisor announcements via their official channels and press releases
- Performing-rights data from ASCAP and BMI when publicly available
What We Don’t Do
- We do not auto-scrape or AI-generate tracklists without verification
- We do not publish leaks or unverified rumors as fact
- We do not accept payment to feature, promote, or rank a soundtrack
- We do not host or link to pirated audio files — only to legitimate streaming services and official album releases
Corrections and Updates
Soundtracks evolve. Tracks get added in later episodes, deluxe editions release months after the original album, composers occasionally revise credits. When we get something wrong or when a soundtrack updates, we revise the guide and note the change. If you spot an error, please contact us — we read every message and update guides accordingly.
Our Team
A2Z Soundtrack is written and edited by a small team of music writers who cover specific beats:
- Tanuja — Senior editor; covers Netflix originals, anime, K-dramas, and breaking soundtrack news
- Hayden — Editor; covers feature films, A24, and Apple TV+ originals
- Adeeba — Staff writer; covers Prime Video, Hulu, and Paramount+ originals
- Ashra — Staff writer; covers Disney+, Marvel and Star Wars properties, animated features, and family titles
Every guide carries the byline of the writer who researched and wrote it.
