My Demon (마이 데몬) is a completed South Korean fantasy romance television series starring Kim You-jung, Song Kang, Lee Sang-yi, and Kim Hae-sook. It aired on SBS TV from November 24, 2023, to January 20, 2024, running every Friday and Saturday at 10 pm KST, and is available for streaming on Wavve in South Korea and on Netflix in select regions internationally. The series is not “upcoming” — it completed its full 16-episode run in January 2024 and went on to rank in Netflix’s Global Top 10 (Non-English TV) chart.
The story follows Do Do-hee (Kim You-jung), the cynical, image-obsessed heiress of a conglomerate, who strikes a contract marriage of convenience with Jeong Gu-won (Song Kang), a 200-year-old demon who has just lost his powers. As the pair rely on each other to solve their respective problems, their arrangement gradually turns into real romance.

Who Composed the My Demon Soundtrack
Correction: Earlier versions of this article credited My Demon’s score to three American musicians — Stephen Aiello, Dustin Bates, and Rob Graves. That was an error: those three did co-write “My Demons,” a 2013 rock single by the American band Starset, which shares a similar title but has no relationship whatsoever to this Korean drama. We’ve removed that credit rather than let it stand.
Like most SBS/Netflix K-dramas, My Demon does not rely on a single Western-style film composer. Korean industry sources credit music director Park Se-jun with overseeing the drama’s incidental score, working alongside a roster of Korean pop artists who each contributed original “OST Part” singles released throughout the broadcast — a structure common to Korean television music.
