The Three Musketeers: Milady Soundtrack: Directed by Martin Bourboulon and written by Matthieu Delaporte and Alexandre de La Patière, The Three Musketeers: Milady is a 2023 French historical adventure film. It is the concluding half of Bourboulon’s two-part swashbuckler saga, picking up right where The Three Musketeers: D’Artagnan (released earlier in 2023) left off.
The film is an adaptation of the 1844 novel The Three Musketeers by Alexandre Dumas. The film stars François Civil, Vincent Cassel, Pio Marmaï, Romain Duris, Eva Green, Lyna Khoudri, Louis Garrel, and Vicky Krieps.
D’Artagnan and the musketeers are drawn into war with La Rochelle while Milady de Winter, secretly working for Cardinal Richelieu, is ordered to assassinate the Duke of Buckingham — setting up a race against time that ties directly back to the mysteries introduced in the first film.
