Sharon Osbourne the famous American TV personality, in a conversation with The Mirror, reveals that she fired men from her staff for “taking advantage” of the females included in the staff.
The music manager said, “Several men have worked for me and have been looking for those young girls. One employee has worked for me 40 years, and the times I have fired men taking advantage of her, abusing her, and trying to ply her with a drink.”
The author reveals that in her career, she met several men. Some were good, and some were extremely bad. She said, “I was too threatening; I’ve never wanted to be shown as vulnerable. There were no other women managers in this genre when I started.”
The 71-year-old lady continues, ” It’s tough; that’s why people go, ‘She’s so this, so that’. But you have to be, otherwise, people eat you up. It’s survival.”
