About The Claus Family 3
The film shifts focus to the youngest Claus sibling, Noor (Amber Metdepenningen), who figures out that her grandfather Noël (Jan Decleir) is secretly Santa Claus and insists on joining him and her older brother Jules (Mo Bakker) on their Christmas Eve gift-delivery run. The trip goes sideways when the trio is mistaken for burglars in Mexico and Noël is arrested, leaving Jules to save both his grandfather and Christmas itself. The cast also includes Bracha van Doesburgh as Suzanne, Sien Eggers, and Kürt Rogiers.
When Was The Claus Family 3 Released?
The Claus Family 3 first premiered on Netflix in Belgium and the Netherlands on December 7, 2022 — the same day its soundtrack album was released digitally. The film then rolled out to Netflix’s wider, English-dubbed international catalog on November 8, 2023, which is the date most global audiences, including U.S. viewers, first got access to it. Earlier versions of this page cited only the 2022 date as the film’s release, which understandably confused readers searching for the movie that actually reached their Netflix homepage in late 2023 — both dates are real, they just refer to two different regional rollouts.
Who Composed The Claus Family 3 Soundtrack?
The original score is composed by Anne-Kathrin Dern, a German composer and CEO of e-Quality Music Productions LLC, based in Los Angeles. Dern has scored all three films in The Claus Family trilogy, in addition to other credits like “Fearless” and “Help, I Shrunk My Parents.”
