Who Made the Bandidos Soundtrack?
A previous version of this article listed several names as “composers” of Bandidos – Daniel Balboa, Aldo Candia, Octavio Sanchez Monroy, Taylor Wayne Woodard, and Sofia Cuevas Rimoch. Cross-checking those credits shows they were producers and other crew on the series, not the show’s original score composer, so we’ve removed that mislabeled list. Netflix and Wikipedia’s official series credits do not publicly name a single original-score composer for Bandidos. What is confirmed is that Javier Nuño (also known for A Million Miles Away) served as music supervisor, curating the show’s soundtrack of licensed songs rather than composing an original score.
Bandidos Soundtrack List (Verified Songs)
Netflix has not published an official complete tracklist for Bandidos, so we’re not inventing one. The following needle-drops are independently confirmed as featured in Season 1 episodes:
| Song | Artist | Episode |
| One Way or Another | Blondie | Episode 1 (opening sequence) |
| NUEVA VIDA | Peso Pluma | Episodes 1 & 7 |
| Ça Plane Pour Moi | Plastic Bertrand | Episode 1 |
| Muerte en Hawaii | Calle 13 | Episode 5 |
| History Repeating | Shirley Bassey | Episode 7 (finale) |

Official Trailer: Here is the trailer of the series.
Critically, Bandidos received a mixed-to-positive response – Common Sense Media rated it 3 out of 5 stars – with reviewers noting the novelty of its underwater-heist setting. Its popularity with audiences was strong enough that Netflix greenlit a second season, which dropped January 3, 2025 with seven additional episodes.
