Directed by Tae-hwa Eom, Concrete Utopia is a South Korean disaster-thriller film. The film is based on the second part of the webtoon Pleasant Outcast by Kim Soongnyung.
This film presents the survivors of a very dangerous earthquake in Seoul who struggle for their lives. It was released on August 9, 2023, in South Korea.
The film was selected as the South Korean entry in the Best International Feature Film category for the 96th Academy Awards.
